Günther Selichar's work "Who’s Afraid of Blue, Red and Green?" was developed for the Museum der Moderne Salzburg. The perforated-metal wall measuring 12.8 by 33.5 ft quotes the aspect ratio of "Super Panavision 70"—the monumental cinematic wide-screen format makes for one of the most imposing audiovisual experiences in the history of mass media. The three basic media colors blue, red, and green are the foundation of all monitor images. In painting, it is the primary colors red, yellow, and blue out of which all colors can be mixed. Günther Selichars Arbeit „Who’s Afraid of Blue, Red and Green?" (Wer hat Angst vor Blau, Rot und Grün?, 2020-2022) wurde für das Museum der Moderne Salzburg entwickelt. Die 3,91 x 10,2 m große Lochblechwand bezieht sich auf das Bildseitenverhältnis des „Super Panavision 70" – das monumentale Kinobreitwandformat, das zu den eindrucksvollsten audiovisuellen Erfahrungen in der Geschichte der Massenmedien zählt. Die drei medialen Grundfarben Blau, Rot und Grün bilden die Basis aller Monitorbilder. In der Malerei sind es die Grundfarben Rot, Gelb und Blau, aus denen alle Farben mischbar sind.
